Behavior Support Services

This service is to help individuals achieve independence, self-determination, integration, and inclusion while focusing on social skills, communication, daily living skills, and job competence. This service is designed to empower individuals as well as their families by utilizing their strengths and abilities to reach their personal goals.

Participant Assistance Care (PAC)

This service is available to assist individuals in increasing independence while acquiring and maintaining daily life skills in both the home and community. This services is only available with the Family Supports Waiver.

Supported Community Living

Coming Soon

Supported Community Living is a range of services and supports designed for individuals with disabilities and their families to attain or retain their independence or interdependence in their local communities. This service is only available on the Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver.

Respite

Coming Soon

Respite provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends. This service is available to both Family Supports Waiver and Community Integration and Habilitation Waiver.
